@DivineFuzz click on the store button where you buy stuff from like rides, drinks, food etc. then click on a ride that u already have and it will move, but you have to click in the store button to move stuff!

to move a built ride click on the rides button (where you buy rides from) then click once on your ride thats built and you can move it around
