i just realized, your vibrato is more similar to that of al jolson, like it is more dramatic rather than the slight and smooth vibrato of say darin and dean martin, and the other saloon singers. you should stray from the big band standard sound and try dixieland or 20's and 30's stuff and see how it goes too.

I LOVED this! It's one of my favorite Bobby Darin songs, and believe me, somewhere out there he's applauding you for doing this song justice. I wish I had such an "easy" sound as you do. Hey, Dave. Sorry I took so long in replying! Thanks so much for the kind comment! So glad you liked it! About the effects, first I make the video of myself singing in front of a green background, then I take the video, and open it into a video editor like Sony Vegas. Then I add the photo of the apartment into the editor, so it runs the length of the video, and apply the green screen, or chroma key effect, and the photo becomes my background.
