My buddy just bought a 2008 S2000 and supercharged it, but left the stock exhaust and headers. The only other mod he has is an invidia test pipe. He's running 5lbs of boost and the car looks bone stock. When Z's and boxters want to race him, he kills them. He's side by side with Z51 vetts. Pretty nice car!

the '00 s2k has a 2.0l which redlines at 9000, the '06 s2k has a 2.2l which redlines at 8000. they both have 237hp stock. the z is much heavier though (curb weight of 3100lbs for the z vs 2800lbs for the s2k).

It really depends on the driver.

The S2000 is a nice car, and could probably pull ahead up to 2nd gear since it's a lighter car, but as soon as 3rd gear hits in like someone else just said, it's all over.
