@TheSpeed919 no it's disabled on console because it allows a wider view which would essencially be cheating on console. The reason the PC version has it is because when you're playing a PC you're usually right infront of the screen, and having it on a low field of view can give you tunnel vision and make you feel ill in some cases depending on who you are, where as with a console, you're usually sitting far away from the screen cus it's running through a TV.
