  • the face at 3:59... the look of a determined ocarina player!

  • hi i purchased M.O. because of your perfomence on the godfather theme, and now i can't arrenge it to fit the M.O., is there any tips ?!

    thanks a lot.

  • @cchu329 I start on E, but you have to modify the tune a bit; it won't fit as written.

  • I may just end up getting the Warmstone C and G set as my only inline ocarinas after this demo. Thanks Ubizmo!

  • thanks for clearing up some of the questions i had on these particular styl of ocarina

  • these comparison vids are so helpful! great way to make an informed decision.

although, i'll probably just buy them all eventually...

  • great video!

  • Good demo and playing! Thanks.

  • You do very helpful, if not the best reviews of ocarina's I have seen on youtube, thank you very much. I own a plastic tenor ocarina from STL Ocarina, but I am for sure getting a Mountain Ocarina Polycarbonate C. Once again thank you, and very nice playing :)

  • Very nice videos. Was the mic stock Nady RSM-4 or a mod version?

    Thanks.

  • Stock, right out of the box.

  • Thanks for the video, helped me decide my choice of ocarina.

  • how can you play the g so perfect? :) Im finding it hard to get nice tones on the highest pitches :( Good video ad always ubizmo ;)

  • It's far from perfect, but I don't play a lot of different ocarinas, so that enables me to learn the nuances of this one. The key on the high notes is a firm and *steady* air flow.

  • Thank you. Your vid helped me purchase a polycarb with total confidence. I can't wait to start playing!

  • Have fun with it!

  • I think the hardwood sound more..... woody?? =) Maybe 10 % softer?

Could'nt hear much difference between the warmstone and the poly =)

  • Possibly a little bit softer. The difference between warmstone and poly is pretty subtle, too.

  • i thought the warmstone was more crisp than the polycarbonite. thanks for the review!

  • Very useful vid. The wood oc is slightly more smooth sounding on some notes and also sounds more hollow or "church reverb", lol. The warmstone G has "tighter" notes (weird description, eh?)

  • Very useful - the hardwood does sound a bit more mellow to me.

  • Very useful video. I can tell a slight difference between the models, but it's not a whole lot of difference.

Btw, my favourite part of this video is the growl at 3:59 haha

  • You're right, it is hard to put it into words the difference. I found the Warmstone G to have a more crisp sound to it, and with the Hardwood C I could hardly tell the difference until you hit the lowest notes. Thanks for this video, it really helps!

  • it seems like the warmstone g is a tad louder the poly g. Is it? or is it the chiffyness?

  • Well done!!! and great choice of song and yes you can hear the difference now so subtle there is a vibrational difference though.

  • Wow, I could hardly register any difference between the materials. Thank you! This was very helpful!

  • Thanks for the comparisons. They were very useful.
