its probly just the shoes but the chokes on and you need to let it warm up... if you rev it before its warmed up all the time the valves are probly gone. tip: get a yamaha titanium valves my old 450f's valves were still in spec after 273 hours, better yet get a two stroke, replace the reeds after 10 years + it changes its oil 9000 every minute
