  • Does anyone know if they'll ever release a DVD of this tour?

  • @Argozilla

I don't think so. Probably from the "Farewell Tour"

  • It would be cool to see them perform this with Tony Iommi.

  • i like how rob did a death metal like growl when he said death

  • This was one of the better songs on the Nostradamus tour, I think my favorite was Between the Hammer & the Anvil

  • I love this mega idea....the concert...wow.....

Halford never sang better in my oppinion....

and of course the lyrics and musicianship is always over the top !

  • still two years plus after this album still sucks and Priest is my fav metal band

  • Metal Gods

  • one of my favorite songs from "Nostradamus" so doomy love it\m/

  • @bloodyrockfire its very hard for me to pick a faavorite song i love the way the songs drift into each otherso hah ai guess the whole album is my favorite song. :)

  • Priest simply put, THE Heavy Metal Gods !!!

Thanks for sharing this with the world.

  • great

  • wow

  • Nostradamus is MUSIC, not metal. Stop the shitty comments!

  • @kornjubi yes indeed!!

  • the whole song reminds me of the start/breakdown of a nile song!

  • If you can't appreciate Nostradamus then you're a pea-brained idiot. Judas Priest made every effort to let fans know this album would be different. If you bought it expecting a traditional Judas Priest record then it's on you for being a moron.

  • BigBen. Spot on fella! I liked SOME of the ideas but NOT all on this album. There again, wouldn't you agree there is no real "classic" Priest album. Every subsequent one changes direction and that's why i love them to DEATH! (sorry for the pun!). That's also why I PERSONALLY wasn't bothered about RID or Turbo yet unlike many so called "authorities" on priest, loved the raw, basic feel of Jugulator. As good as it gets in metal and STILL GOING STRONG, ever since my first look at them back in 1976!

  • Nostradamus was the first Judas Priest album i ever heard, im more into thrash metal, but it is an amazing album and i bought the cd some days ago, people who dont like it are close mined people musically

  • @RatedRKOEdgeheads Jugulator album from Judas Priest (Tim Owens on vocals) sounds like Thrash Metal, just listen Dead Meat, Bullet Train, Cathedral Spires, Burn in Hell, Death Row...

Machine Man (studio version) from Demolition is very Thrash.

  • @AXBOG089HISTER yeah, but the concept in Demolition is more like nu metal

  • but really, what constitutes as "traditional" priest? compare sin after sin to defenders of the faith to painkiller.

really? is there any such thing as "traditional" priest?

  • @BigBenIsTheSavior I agree.Nostradamus is one of their best albums. There we were, thinking they were finised with music, and they bring us this.Alone and Prophecy rock hard. But i noticed in this video that Rob is rly tired...He was giving me the feeking that he was giving up on screamos. And i mean not here, but in the whole live...

  • @BigBenIsTheSavior every single song on nostradamus is a masterpiece in themselves. the whole album is truly epic!

  • all who bashes the nostradamus album, is an idiot, that was a MASTERFULL album, the skill put in every song, and how every song leads into the next, is PERFECT. OMG, i used to not like it either, but i actually sat down and gave it a chance, and man im sad i ever doubted it. ohhhhh and you'll REALLY REALLY love the album if you listen to the whole two cd's back to back when your high....man that was a great experience, i suggest every one of you do it. ohhh and P.S., iron maiden = shit.

  • Iron Maiden is no shit, dude. You just take to much drugs.

  • dude all cause i make a crack about listening to priest while high doesn't mean anything, about me personally, which you dont know me so back off, and also realize iron maiden is a complete mockery of Priest, except they fail at it horribly. and why the HELL is Priest FINALLY a Grammy winner..WTF!?! should've happened a LOOONNNNG time ago, maybe back when they were the Highest rated, cherished and TOP selling metal band FOR 15 YEARS in a ROW!

  • Iron Maiden has is own style. I just don't say anything against Judas Priest, I love them. Iron Maiden is no mockery. But there are some crackheads who are ignorant.

  • @dxvolt this comment has received too many negative votes. haha ya and you have earned every one of them i do agree with you though that aor was an excellent excellent album but really no better or worse than any other

  • Wow!!! I love that intro first line!!!!

  • when i went to see em i noticed that the guy pushing the chair out is dressed up as the grim reaper, beltin song tho, one of ma favs off nostradamus

  • This actually sounds like some of the REAL OLD Priest which is back in the 70's, I LOVE it! I'm 50/50 on Nostradamus although they were in top form this year live, far better and so was the set, more so than 2005! There again, I was a tad dissapointed in Rob's comeback album AOR, Jugulator smoked it by a country mile and before YOU SO CALLED DEVOTEES HAVE A GO, my favourites are Stained Class, Defenders and Painkiller.

  • AOR was a great album! I think "worth fighting for" is a fantastic song

  • you are shit

  • I love the corus when Rob says "Messenger Of Death" It makes the hair on my arm stand

  • Rob has an amazing voice, Their new album is the best CD that released this year

  • the cut this song when I saw em :( I was looking forward to it

  • Nice job this was my favorite song from the concert. Rob has good nights and bad nights just like every singer, but still got it. As for comparing him to the way was in the 80's he had bad concerts then to, just listen to the 'live vengeance' DVD definitely not his best. The Dortmund stuff is probably his best live performance from that era.

  • Very true, we saw them on their UK leg 1n 1983 that year, the last for five years! Rob and the band were in fantastic form previewing Freewheel Burning at the gig too! Too bad their promotors consider the UK fans "bottom of the in-tray", I'm pretty sure the band remember who turned out time and again in the 70's/early 80's and gave them the platform to conquer the US and make money. They are still my fav metal band and can't wait for Feb Sheffield, they love us there as we love them!

  • Very much so! He was on fire in the UK in '83 pre-Defenders release too and as you say, everyone has off days! In 2005 on the Angel tour at Sheff, excellent as the band were, Rob was "within" himself. On Friday 13th Feb 2009, although not even attempting the "highs" of old, the guy was shit hot..as were Priest. If I had to pick a tour it would be British Steel or pre-Stained Class, I've never heard any singer hit what he did, ever! Great to hear Sinner and Dissident Aggressor this time too!

  • i heard him at greece he was fucking good i can tell even if he dont score the pitched notes he still kick assssss even at 58 , his opera like vocals are ..something else ,very difficult to enynoob vocalist

  • hey roddoliver youre a fucking idiot you try singing at 58 years old and tell me this isnt fucking 1986 and that album took alot of work they spent 2 years on it we are lucky that he still can sing in the us shows i saw him he sang amazing so fuck you priest rule !!! /,,/

  • Ol' wise ass down below wants to say that with what Rob pulls off at 6:26?What a maroon.Oh shit,I just realized it was you DioPriest.Heh heh \m/

  • thanks but the comment trashing rob wasnt me lol

  • Yeah I know.I was agreeing with what you were saying to him and I was halfway finished typing when I looked up and noticed it was you I was responding to.

  • lol ok got it sorry im a little slow today lol

  • this song is amazing!!!!!

    the best band ever

    judas priest the metal gods!

  • nice one - well done - good filming you've done brilliant with all the security about .

  • Best part is "Death Ride out from the storm..." splitted with Glenn And KK solos...

    And Halford still amazing ;)

  • i agree 100% pedro thats my favorite part of the song also im gonna get your dvd ready to send tomorrow sorry about the delay

  • thank you Alex!!!

  • a little bit of respect for rob , if you can sing better , please do

  • u are retarded

    he sounds amazing

idiot u have the worst ears in the world

u just talked bed about rob halford

    idiot

    god

  • Congratulations for always filming the wrong guitarist during the solos!!

  • you must recognize was a difficult to do it :)

  • @spropaganda

Good job on the video. One of the best audio tracks I've heard. Most amateur videographers have it so loud, it sometimes sounds like WWIII

  • @spropaganda dont listen to meatheads like jonasbye123 what a stupid name eh?
