Appearance of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy marks the second time silent movie star appeared in this show. Jackie Coogan, who played Uncle Fester in TV show Addams Family and voiced him in this show, was huge child star in silent movies. His most famous silent film role was starring role in The Kid, alongside Charlie Chaplin. Laurel and Hardy were also legends of silent movies era.
To all those Scooby Doo fans never stop watching him. I'm 14 and still love him. Laugh all you want. These episodes and movies are worth it. I'm the biggest Scooby Doo fan out there and wish I could afford more. Scooby Doo rocks and always will that's how awesome he is.
mann life wudve been so groovy to have seen these episodes when they were brand new instead of having to see them for the first time as them being re runs that hasd been playing for decades.... mann they dont make cartoons like these anymore.... so sad

It's so weird to think that Laurel and Hardy were already dead for quite a while when this aired. Laurel in 65, and Hardy in 57.
