  • can you please tell me where you get the Resistance bands from i need some ASAP ?

  • @WorkOnYourGame We buy all of our bands from Perform Better dot com!

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom okay thanks man !

  • how long does it usually take for you to see an increase in your players strength from the day they start with your workout?

  • @hawks2333 Improved strength on the actual exercises? A matter of weeks... but most of that is neurological - they 'learn' how to do the exercise. Improved strength on the court? Several weeks to a few months.

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom dude this is perfect tnx for this !!!

  • @TheColdstripe My pleasure, thank YOU!

  • wich song is this?

  • @bigric2495 It's our Can He Dunk? Project theme song!

  • when i ordered it it let me download it on my cpu and said the dvd would come in 5-7 days

  • @bballer406 Who did you order it from? I am confused....

  • if i got the mvp vertical jump program on my cpu but dont yet have the dvd how do i print out the workout chart?

  • @bballer406 I am confused, how do you have the MVP without the DVD?

  • Great stuff Alan! I have work to do!

  • @ganabraham Thanks coach! I appreciate you!

  • It's worth a shot!! =)

  • @Vikerdevik Thanks!

  • A lot of reviewers say that your M.V.P program is a scam... I don't really know what to think :( Do you have a lot of satisfied customers? :D

  • @susokyotoMEGAMAN How could an sensible, progressive, purposeful training program developed by a working professional strength & conditioning coach that makes ZERO promises or claims on results be a scam? It can't.

  • Does improving your flexibility help your vertical at all?

  • @89tinkerbutt Absolutely!

  • what song is this? And where can I get it?

  • @tray1515 It is the Can He Dunk? Theme Song... it will be available this spring! Glad you like!

  • I cant do these at home :/

  • @rtrd95med Why not?

  • thanks jay bilas

  • @jklem2 Ha! You're welcome :)

  • Nice clip Coach Stein! The early workouts (filming sessions) are looking good. Keep the clips coming!

  • @SMARTERTeamTraining Will do, thank YOU!

  • btw i agree with the coach jumping rope does help in Balance but it has nothing to do with the Vertical leap one of my partners plays as a striker in soccer he needed to work on his headers in other words vertical leap so he did the jumping rope for about a year and didn't get any results !

  • @michaaaal2 I'm not opposed to jumping rope for other reasons, but it def doesn't help with vertical jump!

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom Well my team mate didn't have a much better leaping ability but hell he have now some quick feet, what other reasons that push you to oppose Jumping rope? thanks for the video btw !!!

  • @michaaaal2 Jumping rope is good for a warm-up, strengthen the ankles and feet, conditioning, etc.

  • Nice Vid i'm a soccer player and some of those exercices do help me in my game Great Vid and Most of all Can he dunk? !!!

  • But can he dunk? Can can can can can can he dunk?

  • @hagrin Ha! No 'he' can't dunk anymore. 'He' turns 36 next week and 'he' is just happy to be able to do these exercises!

  • what can u reccommend in terms of drills and strength for an aspiring point guard?

  • @Mangobadsalsa THESE exercises!

  • Does hand strength help you palm the ball, or do you just need bigger hands?

  • @89tinkerbutt Hand strength helps you control the ball... but you need to big enough hands to actually palm it.

  • hey does working out the core significantly increase vertical leap? I'm just looking for those couple inches more to two-hand it

  • @drfish69 Strengthening your core helps with EVERYTHING you do on the court!

  • @drfish69 I wouldn't say significantly but they do help. Jumping rope (30 seconds with as many repetitions as you can (and doubles/ triples if you can) is extremely effective if you want to get those extra inchescheck out nbadunks.org. There are tons of tipps.

  • @RedBullgakov Thank you!

  • @RedBullgakov I respectfully disagree. Jumping rope does NOTHING to improve your vertical jump. Check out Can He Dunk dot com.

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom Are you serious? Of course it does. And you know it. I don't say it's the best exercise, but it's extremely effective if you want to gain some inches real fast.

  • Hey what time are you playing at the hoop hall classic cuz I might go

  • @321JELLYFISHES 8pm on Saturday and 1pm on Monday!

  • awsome!!!!!!!!! NOw lets play rap and have a cool workout

  • @adqawd Yessir!

  • Great moves Coach, i will using alot of these with our guys. Thanks for the continual knowledge and info u pass along! Also, a question dor u, what type of band are u sporting on ur right wrist n how can order some of those 'Stag' B-ball shorts cuz those are sweet!! (Nelly)

  • @coachnelly8 My pleasure coach, thanks for your constant support! Glad you like!

  • i wonder if he can dunk?

  • @xBALLISLIFEx Nope, I can't anymore (I could in college and HS). For the record, I turn 36 next week... so I'm just happy to be able to do those exercises!

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom

ya keep it up... your in great shape for your age i learned alot from this video

  • Great video! Seeing that I use a lot of these exercises as coach for my team (a girls team in switzerland) gives me the feeling that I'm a on the right track. But now I'll certainly add some new ones. I read that Holger Geschwinder wanted Nowitzki during his off-season training to do fingertip push-ups (first exercise in the video) after every trainig session. THANKS for sharing your knowledge!!

  • @MenSenzg My pleasure, thank YOU! Those finger tip push-ups are harder than they look!

  • yea i wanted to know lets say i choose 5-6 good exercises, and im doing it with a 12-14 yrs olds, how many times a week should he do those 5-6 and how many sets each?

and should he do a circle of all 5-6 X sets or finish each drills's sets first before he moves to the nxt drill?

  • @Drore55 There is no 'right' answer, it all depends on the level of the players doing the exercises. I will say that many of these are fairly advanced and require some decent strength... so you may need to modify for the kids you are working with. Just use your best judgment!

  • Awesome vid! What should the set and rep scheme look like?

  • @thewon888 There would be no set number but around 10 to build strength. For set's it would depend on your current strength! Beginner around 1-2 sets Med 2-3 Adv 4+! As long as you keep the explosive one's fast (medicine ball rip and the medicine ball bounce). Aim for up to a minute on the hold's! then add weight!

  • @tannerbags Very, very well said... thanks!

  • @thewon888 Read what @TannerBags wrote... I agree 100%!
