You can find some on one of the Florida Keys, if you move before Wildlife Services kills them all.

They had a special on the Discovery Channel about it: When they got banned over the Monkeypox thing, a breeder let about eight of them loose. They're infesting the island, and the local gov'mnt is trying to eradicate them before they get away to the mainland (and into Florida's crops)

yeah they were banned a little while ago the took the ban of so you can have them as pets again you just have to find breeders in the states.

She does not need steps, the problem is that the baby i holding on to the bottum of the cage....besides I can not help her, because she will eat my hand (they are not tame). There are other wider holes in the nest box...but they only use the smallest hole...
