According to the schedule shown on the Funimation website, they're gonna upload ALL the Brotherhood episodes (and the first anime) dubbed in English online for free streaming on December 23. It's most likely for a limited time only.

I don't know if it's just going to be on YouTube or the Funimation website, but trust me, it's coming. I could even PM you the schedule link for proof.

@momtchil Well in regards to that scene, it's one of the VERY few scenes of Brotherhood that wasn't actually in the manga version. The producers added it in perhaps to fill up more time or just for the dramatic effect of the idea of "good" King Bradley contrasted with "bad" King Bradley. Personally I view the manga as the ultimate source for canon, so I don't have trouble dismissing added bits if I don't think they quite make sense.
