Those are rice paper rolls. Just wanted to let you know because at my local grocery store they have rice paper rolls and spring roll. Spring roll wrappers are dough colour. Lol you make ours huge! No wonder you don't fold the one side it would rip.

@laque123 I totally always put in to much filling :-( Less is best once you roll a few you get the idea.
