It isnt a bug, That is Cryteks way of saying Buy the game, That is a Defence against hackers. If the game Detects a Unauthentic game it will Randomly Do that to keep the user from progresing, Buy the game and stop complaining
This was the Steam version of game that I bought at launch for $60. I wouldn't have gone through the effort of making and posting the video if I had obtained it illegally, that would be just as dumb as your baseless insinuations. This was a very real and very annoying bug for legit consumers. I haven't played the game since launch but I assume it's fixed by now, or at least I hope it is.

Now I've reached the rainy level where you encounter a lot of aliens and I've picked up a lot of nano points, yet my counter is at 0. I'm so tired of publishers shipping alpha builds...
Try out this trainer, it works for me. Crysis 2 v1.1 (v1.1.0.0) +13 TRAINER DEViATED. Can be found at gamecopyworld. Run it, run Crysis 2 and when playing press F1 to activate the trainer and then "/" (slash) to unlock all nanosuit customs. You can also add nanocatalyst points by pressing Num 9, but it doesnt work for me (points were added but cant unlock customs).

Way too many crucial bugs and still with no DX11, WTH. I am very disappointed of Crytek, when they even cant keep their promise. I guess ill reconsider purchasing any of their products..
@naduongruto You know what ? You should shut the hell up... "Crytek promised"... They can't make a patch in like 2 weeks that fixes such big problems. Look at Crysis, they fixed it with 2 patches, 1 of them had at least 50 changes and fixes.
And most of all, it's not even Cryteks fault; EA gave them a deadline to finish the game, if it isn't 100% finished, they still would had to realease a broken game, at least be happy that they got approved of delaying it.

So I put a few more hours in today, finally got out of the nano debt and was approaching 11000 in the positive again near the end of the game (still don't have the 12000 Deflection and 16000 Cloak Tracker upgrades)... and the game crashes like clockwork and I'm back to negative nano catalyst. What a kick in the balls. I had to laugh, though.
This happen to me today and I even reinstall the game and the bug is still there. Now Im thinking I should of just gotten this game later on when its cheaper.
