I kind of remember this cartoon. Say, does the creator have the one where kids are counting 1-10 and then from 10-0? I think that animation/film took place in a park, and I remembered that 3 had a trash can, 4 had a parking meter, and in number 8, I thought something bounced off a wall that formed into 8. It was in Episode 3696.
