I had to laugh at that scene of Evan/Courtney afterglow. At first I was like, "Why is Andy flashing back to their bed scene?" and then when Evan started going on about how her not sleeping w/Andy makes this "even hotter" I realized it was Andy's fantasy.
Hard to buy the grandmother as a big schemer. She reminds me of the front of an Old Maid card. So John wasn't Scott's father after all? Confusing.
Wow the bit w/Marcy is pure fire! She's like a Tammy Faye Baker clone dropped into Oakdale, or something. I wish they'd kept her around. There weren't any other women like her on the show at this time.
When Lucinda started asking for info on Scott I kept waiting for her to ask for photos, clothing optional. Who was the guy at her pool? This all reminds me that in the early 90's Marland was thinking of doing a story where a man sued Lucinda for sexual harassment. Wonder how that would have gone
@CarlD2 I don't understand how Lisa could have known for sure, one way or the other, which Eldridge was Scott's dad. DNA tests obviously didn't exist in 1965-66 when Scott would have been born, and it seems she'd enjoyed a fairly active sex life with both Eldridge brothers. I guess she could have counted, but even that isn't foolproof.
That scene with Marcy was great! I agree, she's like a pre-Carly/Carly-prototype.
I'm loving these scenes between Lisa and the Eldridges. Was Helen actually around during the 60's?
Also, this was clearly a very sexy time for the show. I mean, look at all these hunks!

@CarlD2 That would have been a great story, and even more groundbreaking if it were done with Lucinda & Craig in the 80's.
Marcy seems like the prototype of what Carly would be in a few years.

@mthivier I agree. They didn't even have DNA tests when Adam was born, which gives me hope that he is really Tom's. ;-)
