  • does the dummy blower sound real if so what makes the sound the belt?

  • What musical artist is playing the guitar? Nice sound!

  • Do you sell one that can enclose 2 Edelbrocks?

  • Buddy ... Really ? now why spend all that cash so you can look injected when your NOT ??? ..either you go EFI injected or you don't or spend the money on guts but phony anything is like the guys who put a carb under a blower and figure its cool when all it is .....Is just a HJ !!!! No ?

  • Your a little late, Hilborn scoops have been around for decades on street blown engines. They’re called Hilborn scoops because they have the ‘Look’ of a ‘Hilborn Injector’. Mechanical injector’s lack part throttle driveability so blower guys go to carburetors or efi’s, and good on them if they can afford them and want to run that way. The Streetcatchers are for customers who want the ‘look’ but don’t want to spend the efi money you seem to want them to, so ‘they’ can build ‘your' car.

  • Ohhhhhhh man those things are SWEET! Extremely nice work!

  • I want the second one but with red flaps instead of blue.

  • would this come through hood on a 394 big block? or would i need spacers? or a raised intake?

  • I have a EDELBROCK performer can this scoop fit right on it with a filter inside?? also how much to they cost?

  • What size engine is that in the camaro?

  • @vikboy20 a 402 big block.

  • i think if that blower had a longer front scoop over top and around it with shorter bottom it would pull more air in

  • would rain or any water affect these air cleaners or the engine?

  • No, these are no problem because 1, the butterfly are almost closed when cruising and won't take rain in anywhere near what a hilborn style scoop would, 2, you can run K&N filter elements in these scoops and they can take water, and 3, a little rain into a scoop won't hurt anything anyway, Ive ran them that way many times. On serious blown engines they inject water to cool the intake charge. Just don't leave the car stopped with rain pouring in, and on these scoops it cant happen. Thanks Al

  • @sierrastep thanks i just neede to know because im doing this to my truck and its an everyday driver and traveler..so i should definatley cover it when im not driving? and what if i am stopped at a light or something and its raining? i know im asking a lot imjust trying to make sure its definately ok before i do it

  • @mamasboy2006 Stopping at the lights wont bother it at all, unless your in a Hurricane. AL

  • @sierrastep ha ha thanks im going to order it now thanks for the help

  • @sierrastep I need your help. This may be a dumb question, it most likely is. I was wondering if you NEED a supercharger to run one of these hood scoops. I don't think so, but could you please clear things up with me? Thank you.

  • @Imakeplanesboom no u don't. Take a look at Al's Blowers.com.

  • I purchased a SC500 Streetcatcher from Als Blowers and mounted it the MFC/Hyperion dragster and ran a 7.14 @ 192mph with a very mild tune up. Car will run well into the 6's. I want to thank Al's on their incredible workmanship on this piece.I think it was the first REAL bolt on piece I have ever recieved. Everybody knows the usual story, after hours or days of making changes to the piece, it actually does bolt on!! The craftmanship, finishing, shipping and customer service are unmatched. Thnks Ken

  • you might suck a bird in one of those i want one

  • very nice al your work is exceptional, the detail is beautiful

  • Looks like a very well designed product. Nice work. That camaro is awesome.
