there were so many edits and story changes in One piece. it's just insane. they took out a whole story arc that had to do with a whale and an island where the straw hat crew fight Mr. 3 and meet some giant people. the 4kids version also did not have blood. when the characters would get cut it just showed their clothes having teares in them and the cuts not even reaching their skin. what kind of action is that??

@Weezing336 lol they replaced Sanji's cigarette with a lollipop & got rid of all the guns. Good thing there's actually another dubbed one which doesn't change the story, shows the violence, & has way WAY better voice acting.

Another story change I hated was the whole Zoro and Kuina thing. [PARDON THE SPOILERS, I guess...] I mean Kuina is suppose to die in an accident but 4Kids changes it to make Kuina get jumped and crippled for life. They made it worse! I would have preferred the original, its more powerful.

I really hated 4Kids' editing out Bellamere's death. It was not only a bad edit but it was something that was a big part of the plot. >_>

They omitted the Little Garden arc so they can GET TO THA CHOPPA! So they can get to Chopper and make money off his merchandise.

I'm just happy that 4kids stopped this show before Eustass Kid & Killer showed up, they kill a lot of people, but I did like Smokers mouth because the smock was cool but thats it.

Can't forget the fact they just jumped over little Garden. It's like they're sailing along and oh my gosh Nami is suddenly ill for no apparent reason, and when Kureha explains that she has some kind of island fever your like... Okay when did they go to a freaking island! Even so good review, and yes 4kids did butcher Bellemere's death scene, which without a doubt is one of the saddest deaths in all of anime!
