its not ethiopian, its ERITREA sound from the Revolutionary geurillas fighters in 70´s
the mighty EPLF...They develeped and encourged all tribes to develped thier music, they did this in the mountins (camp)...WE had a bad time during ethiopian occupation...Searh for "Eritrean Revolutionary music" and compare it...Or as fools goold they will they u them selfs :)
@EthiopianFighter Ethiopia is the name for pre islamic Christian SUDAN, but you muhfukkas highjaked the name, u are Habeshi not "ethiopian" the word Eritrea is older than ethiopia, becuse ethiopia was created just recently, amharinga, and all "habashi" semtic language, came from where? from AGazian, where is agazian from?? Naturalfroniter betewen eritrea and ur land was mereb, our land is called medri Bahri, our king was called Bahre negassi, he Agazian eritrean, his capital was debarwa
@Fkkoff ERITREA IS GREEK YOU FUKKIN IGNORANT BASTARD NOT TIGRINIAN ! THE NAME OF YOUR IMAGINARY MILITARY STATE BARES A GREEK NAME !!! I AM NOT HABESHI, I AM ETHIOPIAN FIRST AND FOREMOST. ABYSSINIYA OR HABESH IS SECONDARY !
Ethiopia was adopted by the late King Haile Selassie I (may he RIP) so what ?!!! Ethiopia is greek also and refers to the lands of the burnt faces (dark peoples).
Agazians were Ethiopians !!!! It has nothing to do with Eritrea which is an artificial state created in the 93
@Fkkoff Agazis, Agazians, Aksoumites were Habesha, Amhara, Tigrigna, Tigre not Ertirean but Ethiopians...
We Ethiopians dont recognize your BASTARD ROGUE STATE CALLED "ERITREA" WE DO NOT AKNOWLEDGE THE EXISTANCE NOR DO WE APROVE OF THE BOUNDARIES BETWEEN ERITREA AND ETHIOPIA !!!
ERITREA WAS ALWAYS ETHIOPIAN AND SHALL RETURN TO ETHIOPIA !!!!
@EthiopianFighter Eritrea is older than your newly created by menelik "ethiopia" guess what?we was never Ethiopians and will nevr be.who is menelik to decide for us what race whe are., What happen to abessinia?? (habashii) Ethiopia is PRE ISLAMIC SUDAN.btw all ethiopian leaders knew the mereb river is the boundary between us, we are mreb milash/ medri barhi, we had our own kings caled bahre neggasi.idiot..we dont have nothing ti do wit u tigres and amahras...u are originally agaw and oromo,,
@ethiopianfigter u stupid gondere, ur are speaking amahringa wich is BROKEN tigrnya mixed wiht agaw and oromo.your culutre came from the northEven the tigreans of adwa addmits that tigrnya came to them true eritrea or "medir bahri" u are really ignorant saying we had not history, This music is ours...we had better music than ethiopians from 40´s to the to the 80´s.u ahamras cant even play krar like we do, ITS OUR WAY OF GUITARR they are playing,
I do not understand why- why they chose the style they did- why they infused it so- why they chose to sing in the languages they did- but I was pleasantly surprised. I guess sometimes why doesn't matter:-) I really enjoy African beats and styling. This makes me kind of feel like I am walking into a Casbah in North AFrica:-)
@lionessroyalty3 Lol 4 the Kasbah in N.A. you'd have to listen 2 the song The World is All There Is it's more North African...This is Ethiopian Jazz. :D

If your going to sample Eritrean and Ethiopian music and sing in a similar fashion then at least educate yourself about the political situation in the Horn of Africa and reach out. Otherwise your just thieves!
