we have the design, milordarkantos makes the emotes, why doesn't jagex raise the skills to 120? i don't understand lol

@DennisVideoGaming from my understanding of what Jagex has said; if offensive + defence are raised, a Player would easily be able to defeat any monster in the game. Jagex just doesn't want to edit everything to make it work, it's a bigger problem than it seems. Skilling Stats I do agree, many people seem to complain about it, but I don't quite understand why, it's not like your going to be forced to get a 120. It's more for people who want to keep getting levels after 99 if they really enjoy it.

The 100 Runecrafters would defo turn into 1000 runecrafters if you actually could achieve a 120 skill.

Cooking or some other nooby skills would most likely gain thousands and thousands of "after 99 trainers if this happened

Personally, i think you should be able to get capes like this after hitting 100m exp. And each cape should have something to do with the skill. For example, Slayer would have a torncape whereas Fishing would have water droplets falling from it.
