Hmmm, guy is dancing, guy falls out of chair, people help him back in his chair. Can't see the major drama. Knowing he's not hurt and got up OK it's amusing same as all those AB person falling over at a wedding clips, though. Didn't anyone tell y'all that "confined to a wheelchair" is somewhat rude? Clearly he's not confined cos he fell out! Now when I did this is was spectacular cos I fell in the road and nearly got my head run over, would have been more worth the woman yelling "o my god!"
@RoseRodent Well-said on every aspect. How exactly am *I* "confined" when my chair lets me expand my activities? I walk but don't have the strength for long periods on my feet, so my chair is fantastic for "days out" with my Better Half, "hiking" the local trail system near me, and especially Concerts, which the VAST majority of old friends I used to go with don't even go to anymore. Plus, Brendon Small of "Dethklok" has dubbed it "The Dethchair" which is coolness beyond words... ;-)
@RoseRodent ...and if I had a dollar for every time I've fallen in public, either in my chair or off my feet. At least very few people IME are like the "OH MY GOD!!" Woman: the last time was a slip (black ice in winter) right in front of the entrance of a Guitar Center, where the Door Girl rush our and asked me if I was okay... politely and with no screaming, as if any other human had fallen in front of her store...
God bless him. At least he's out having fun. Unlike a lot of SABs (severely able bodied) couch potatoes I know, siting at home.
