On the one hand, I think it is super exciting that these two options exist in a single game, but on the other hand, if it weren't for the war bit I don't see what the challenge would be. Do you have to build your society within a time limit? I always find that frustrating. Are you battling against the other faction? I don't see how the enviros could win. Anyone else see a problem?
@TheEyes629 yes. you make a great point with that. I thought there could, for at least once, be a winning system relying on the efficiency with which you expand your cities while maintaining good moral, cultural freedom and general happyness within your populations.
It´d be you and the opponent, racing eachother in the art of prosperous development. Couldn´t be so hard- and it´s most definetly necessary with such a concept now that all multi player titles out there feature violent mechanics.
@Marlboro22ar actually, it's more like comparing, total annihilation to cac, they are similar, but still way different, and each has their own quirks and gameplay values, but it's kind of hard to make a proper analogy given this situation...
