  • that last thing the sled thingy didnt look very heavy to pull

  • Not sure of the weight. It's a 50 foot rope and 1.5 inches thick. For waves and slams, my goal is typically metabolic conditioning...therefore, I prefer lighter ropes. Thx

  • Do you know what your rope weighs? The one at my gym is 90 lbs, I think it's 2 inch thick. I can just about do 1 minute of waves on it before dying. Do you recommend lighter rope for longer supersets or taking more rests with the heavy rope?

  • Good video. I have been looking at picking up these ropes.

  • what is the rope actually called? ive been trying to look it up but i dont know what to search it under,

  • @bibo0000 If you hop on my site (dbstrength), you can click on the 'Perform Better' logo on the right-hand side of the home page. Search for "battling ropes" on their site and you'll be good to go. We use 'Perform Better' for the majority of our equipment needs. Hope that helps! Thanks.

  • How many metres u got rope per hand ?

  • @aadelol This is a 50 foot rope (25 feet per arm) that is 1 1/2 inches thick. Thanks for posting.

  • Nice vid, good explanation, thanks. What size rope is that you're using?

  • @absoluterichgem Thanks for the comment. We typically use 50 ft ropes that are either 1.5 or 2 inches thick.
