@ChereeCherub Yep. They're trained! Once in a while there's an accident but that can happen with any animal. They kick some poop out of their litter box sometimes when jumping out, they're not graceful like a cat is lol but it's only around their litter box so it's easy to sweep up

@ChereeCherub Caging an animal is cruelty. Anyone who keeps an animal in a cage should not be able to have one in their home. How would you like to live your life in a cage?

@ChereeCherub I don't think caging an animal is cruel really. As long as the cage is big enough for the animal to be comfortable. AND they have a lot of time outside the cage, like you do. 14 hours a day is MORE than enough time. Some bunnies just can't be trusted w/out supervision. Luckily mine can but if they were destructive, I can't imagine the hell they'd raise when I'm sleeping lol

@KMKlym It's even more cruel to allow a rabbit to chew on wires or cables because you can't watch them when you are asleep and the poor bunny gets fried, don't you think? And it isn't always possible to removed every wire out of reach.

I love this. My friend has a bunny and he had to ask the vet what his bunny was doing because he was worried. Turns out his bunny was binking and that was a GOOD thing. This behavior typically is just your bunbun whowing affection, mine does the same, also she loves to sit on my lap and lick my face nonestop lol, they show there love for you in unique ways.

I basically love Mr. Whiskers. But I'mhaving problems training my Rabbit, Lennon to go in the box. Everytime i pick him up he ends up peeing on me and pooping on my blanket. He's about 7 months old

Is you bun neutered? If not that will cause him not to use his box. Also, put the hay in the box so that it will encourage him to use it, also put some of his little oopsies (his poop lol) in there so again he's more encouraged.

it could also be a sign of distress, most rabbits don't let being held and will react that way. Put him on the floor and lay down next to him, see if he will come to you, and watch if he pees or poops on the floor.

well i never had to teach him. when rabbits are neutered and spayed they use their litter box MUCH better and all i do is throw some hay in his box and show him where it is and that's all it is to it! if i move his box around, i usually show him where it is so he knows but once i show him I never have to do it again. many rabbits are like that =)

my little girl <cali for calico) looks to be petted every morning or when i walk near her cage its near heavy traffic area! when she is out she loves to binkie run under my chin grunt grind teeth nibbles my shirt n lick me and then scurries off into a binkie! she loves her cat house i bought her she loves to sleep in it and the poses omg its sooo funny! when she is in her house i go to feed her she grunts pokes nose out and goes back in then attacks the food dish LOL

lol no im in an apartment. I have a new place now and it's smaller than my first place but still A LOT of room for him to cause trouble! He digs on the carpets more than he chews it. he's more of a wire chewer =/

My bunny actually chewed up the tv cord while I was at work. Lucky him he did't get electrocuted. I now have all cords blocked off.

lol same thing happened to me. Whiskers has chewed I think 2 computer cords, model cord, 2 chargers, a friends charger and a bunch of extension cords. I'm surprised he hasn't blown up! Luckily everything's bunny proofed now =)

I couldn't be happier with him! when I get down real close to him he gives me like a nose kiss! We will hopefully be there on Saturday for spa day! He DEFINATELY needs his hair done! but he let me clip his nails with no problem!
