Contrary to what Obama said, Obamacare proposals (like HR 3200) explicitly authorize the Administration to pay for all elective abortions under the "public option". Enrollees (regardless of personal moral convictions) would be required to pay into abortion coverage. Abortionists would send bills for abortions to the federal government and receive payment checks drawn on a federal (public funds) account. This is direct federal government funding of abortion.
