  • That Thunderbird flat out hauls ass!

  • I love my thunderbird sc, i built every thing my self and love the tracks now, i couldnt get along with the 5.0 that was in it.

  • I own two Thunderbird Super Coupe five speed cars......they are fun to drive!

  • as a previous owner of a tbird the rearend likes to come out an play a lot lol especially the 87-88 models i think those would be great drift cars, i'm just wondering what motor is in the tbird, doesn't exactly sound like an 8

  • @magnificent10304 No, its not a V8... turbo-charged V6

  • @NedacFilms thought so, looked like it was faster than the cobra when it spooled up

  • That third was loose as hell!

  • i need to change my undies now

  • i think its crazy that the SC engines are 210hp and 315 lb ft stock, the 5.0 dosnt even have that much, its like a super stroke v6 really

    93 LX conveted to 4.2 SC 5-speed

    88 TC 2.5 roller ranger 5-speed

  • @94cobra yes it still has the irs, it was hard to keep it that way but we made it work.....btw i personally like slight oversteer call me odd but im jus comfy with it that way, the lack of weight over the rear didnt help with the extra power we found in last min tuning and lack of drive time after finding it.

  • @gumper, im sure thats why its labeled turbo coupe SC. as far as hp/$ i would choose the 87-88s but looks mn12 all the way....finally got the vid.

  • Bah, that's a super coupe. The TC was the body style before that, remember? And IMHO the 87-88 TCs looked way better.

  • @gumper1986 agreed best year of the T-bird 87-88

  • im a chevy man but that bird is fuckin sick

  • that is the fucking meanest looking t bird i have ever seen! oh and like totally merry christmas

  • @FatGuyWithAKatana Baddass, ain't it? I've never given any T-bird a second look, but this sumbitch is nasty...LOL!!!! Makes me want to go out and find an early-mid 1990's "Supercoupe SC Thunderbird" and drop it down a bit with a nice rake and toss on a set of 2003-04 Cobra wheels. There is a video on YouTube of a red SC T-bird with 03-04 Cobra wheels, on the dyno pushing around 300rwhp and almost 400 lb ft, and it looks so damn good doing it.... do a search for it, its nice!

  • @NedacFilms I've got a '95 Cougar XR-7 4.6 with a TR-3650 5 speed going in it as my T-45 swap was a bust. I've got said 17"x9" Polished 03 cobra rims 5x4.25 bolt pattern waiting to go on once I get the 5 speed in!

  • @NedacFilms Yeah my dad bought a 94 supercoupe instead of a new mustang gt.He had no problem outrunning the gts even the 99-04s witch i thought was funny.

  • @FatGuyWithAKatana the title of the vid with the SC w/ Cobra rims is "1990 SC 5spd 290 RWHP 378RWTQ"

  • @NedacFilms hell yeah those rims look real tough on that car.

  • @NedacFilms damn, i just watched that video of the red SC thunderbird with the 03 Cobra wheels, and now I want one just like it, lol

this is a cool ass video and a cool ass thunderbird by the way, and i think that you have the best videos on youtube, period.

    very raw and real stuff

  • That T-bird looks great but it has a ton of oversteer. Does it still have the IRS in back?
