One small trick and suddenly the kitchener is easy, I don't lose track and can finish my socks!! The simple idea of pop/pivot/THEN pull has made all the difference. Great video, clear and simply explained. THANKS!
That's a great video for remembering the kitchener stitch. I always have to look it up, but now i will remember. You spoke slowly so that we could understand. Kudos to you.
THANK YOU so much for making us normally intelligent knitters NOT feel totally stupid when we attempt to do this stitch - while trying to follow how to do it in a book, then losing our place or dropping stitches. Thanks for making me feel reasonably competent again! Wonderful!
Thank you so much! I can't tell you how many books and videos I have scrutinized trying to figure out what I was doing to make such a mess of the Kitchener stitch. Your video provided the breakthrough. I think it was your clear explanation and demonstration of WHERE THE YARN HAS TO BE!!! Thanks again!!!
This is the first set of kitchener instructions that make sense to me and I remember it perfectly even the morning after finishing my 2 socks using it! Thank you.
Awesome! Of course! This makes so much sense. I've struggled to remember and have been watching other videos but this is the best instruction I've found! THANK you!!
Thank You! As other's have said, I ALWAYS have to go back to the book and talk myself through the Kitchener stitch. Your clear teaching style and simple explanation makes it much easier to remember. Thanks!!!!
This is a FANTASTIC video!!! I have to look up my Kitchener stitch EVERY time and it is so helpful to understand the process! Thank you SO much!!!!! xx
This is THE BEST video for learning the kitchener! Of course, you knit the knit and purl the purl. That makes it so easy to remember. Give me the why behind the formula and I'll remember it. THANK YOU.
Great Video!! I memorized the Kitchener stitch in a similar way years back. Your video is awesome!!! If someone is still struggling with that dad gum Kitchener stitch, this is your answer. Watch & you'll never fear the K stitch again. :-)
Wow! I loved this video! I have been doing the kitchener stitch for many years and have always had to look it up. You have taken the mystery out of this stitch! Thank you, thank you!
Just signed up to youtube purely so I can say you've just changed my life! I have many projects in my ufo basket (which I like to call my looney bin...) because of my absolute and all consuming fear of grafting... I'll spread the word (or link as we say now), there is a cure!
this was perfect! i am making my first pair of mittens and spent an hour looking for a high-quality video of the method. this was crystal clear in fullscreen and was very well-explained! thanks!
