Off shore drilling? Don't you need UN permission for that under "the Law of the Seas Treaty", which both candidates support? I mean, shouldn't you be calling up the UN & asking if its ok to exercise your sovereignty to drill for oil? There may be a toll for such a venture, & they may demand a percentage of any oil found - it's their ocean after all once you sign it over. Better start reading now - those UN documents can be a little bit on the wordy side. Maybe if you say pretty please...
