@Oua0012 it's an epic item gots removed a view patchs ago. it has a unique effect: When you use an ability, you regenerate 50 Health and 20 Mana over 2 seconds. And this effect was very very strong on udyr because of the often used ability
Tiger stance use to be worthless, everyone maxed that last and it also never applied madreds.
