  • 0:35 It's like the music's laughing at him!!

  • No wonder he cut it. This is way too cute for its own good. Raindrops worked much better, I'm sorry to admit.

  • i have never heard this theme before in the movie, where is it in the movie?

  • Read description XD

  • the shot in starting from 0:52 is altered in spiderman 2.1. in spiderman 2.1 2 head shots of peter are on either side of him walking. personally im not sure which works better but in any incarnation this scene makes me feel happy

  • this scene makes me want that iin spiderman 2.1, aside from ading scenes they should've also used Elfman's original score, maybe in a spiderman 2.2 version

  • I loved raindrops...it contributed enormously to this scene being one of the best and funniest of the whole movie...

  • I like both, "Elfman's" is describing the scene but "raindrops" is telling.

Anyway, both are good and fit.

  • I think Raindrops, and this, both work very well for this scene.

  • Out of this whole series, this is the only one that I think Sam made the right decision on. The pop song makes a better fit in this case, I think. Every other cue was better by Danny Elfman..

  • This song is very nice but i think it doesn't fit this scene at all, great job using raindrops keep falling in my head instead.

  • Ha ha, I like it. I like Raindrops, too, but this would work fine in place of it.

  • I hate Sam Raimi now. This is much more creative than using Raindrops. Funny, but smart.

  • Haha cute music.

I do think Raindrops fit just a litte better though..but maybe because I'm just used to it that way.

  • you know is it just me or this partickaler track almost reminds me of elfman's score for pee wee's big advanture espeachily the intrementation like that harmonica like intrement where peter almost fell down and try to walk stright am i right?

  • Nice cue but I liked raindrops it fits well for Spiderman 2.

  • I think both cues work in the film, for different reasons.

I do love this track, though.

  • in my opinion the raindrops version is better

  • Is this on Spider-Man 2.1 DVD?

  • I agree too

  • rain drops was much better

  • I agree

  • i like raindrops better

  • the rest of the clips were great, but really, raindrops was made for this scene.

  • rofl that was cool

  • Raindrops made this scene what was (is) the best two plus minutes in cinematic history. Period.

  • Where on earth did you get this? It sounds like it was sequenced in parts rather than recorded with a live orchestra which would imply that it's a demo track (although that could just be the compression). Great find either way!

  • This track is better that "raindrops" due to the nature of the scene which dexribes the mood peter parker is in. Danny Elfman did a remarkable job on the score. Its a shame Raimi did not think so. Best cue starts at 1:26

  • Very nice but i still like Raindrops better

  • i personally prefer raindrops just because it fits in a *little* better, though the original isn't bad at all.

  • yay! I wondered why they didn't have Elfman write a score for this scene. Well, I guess it turns out he did, but they didn't like it.

I don't know which I like better, Elfman's score or "Raindrops". I'm bias, so I think Elfman's score is better. :)

  • Wow, I had no clue Danny had written music for this scene. This is great!

  • I like the music, but it isn't as effective as Raindrops. Maybe Raimi could have compromised and used it for other scenes wheren Peter Parkers is embarrasing himself.
