I respect Robin for being honest and understanding. Sex maybe hard for her to because of the HIV. I would feel bad for Liz but, a week later she uses the rape story to manipulate Lucky and Rebecca from hooking up, I am sorry but despite that Liz you did great evil in who you stated healed you. And you abused themselfishly, the opposite of how they treat you.

Jon and Becky are fantastic together...this scene and the one on 12/4..they are AMAZING. I miss OGLL2, and now that we've gotten Jonathan back, I'm so sad that Guza felt the need to wreck so much! Becky is so GORGEOUS.

ok this is coming from someone who is not a huge liz fan, but her comment to robin actually made me respect and understand her a little more. i always thought she was a slut but this comment makes me think that her previous relationships weren't about sex but about love and comfort. also it made me see the lasting affect that her rape had on her and how it continues to affect her and her relationships.

Liz did say that her past sex life was "fine and she enjoyed it" but part of herself has always been off-limits and that Nikolas is the only man who has ever completely fufilled her sexually. I don't know why people take that to mean that she didn't enjoy sex with her other partners. It just didn't make her feel the way she does when she's with Nik. When she and Nik first made love back in September, Liz had not had sex in a while.

wanted to further elaborate on the rape comment she made with Robin. If the writers are smart, they continue in that direction b/c it'll make more sense for her to enjoy sex that is "wrong" b/c it feels eerily right to her. I have to say I really hope they script for LL2 to fall all the way, just for Lucky to be her white knight again, and for her to finally get the counseling she never got after the rape. She's been through a lot, Lucky destroyed her with the affair, time to delve deep writers.

I was excited about this storyline, but I hate it now. Becky Herbst is still my fav actress on the show, I love her, always will, love elizabeth-fav character. Orig LL2 fan with JJ and Becky, and they are all I want. GH lacks family, and consistency with couples. Instead of breaking up families and playing musical chairs with characters, they need to learn how to write for them. Glad to see them show liz address the rape though, b/c sex w/ nik feels "wrong", it might actually make sense.

I agree with crimson115. Elizabeth is not dismissing the entirety of every other relationship she's had, she's talking about the physical relationship she has with Nikolas. I have my issues with GH's writing, but in this case they're actually being consistent AND taking the time to explain something, so I'm happy! I've seen Liz with all her men. It's been obvious from her scenes with Nikolas that he's not like her previous sexual partners, and she does respond to him differently. Now I know why.

Where exactly in this clip did she say that Nik was the only person that made her feel special or that she enjoyed having sex with. She said that she enjoyed sex with the other partners but that there was a 'part' of herself she kept seperate until Nik. Not that she didn't love them or enjoy having sex with them. Just that he touched a part of her they did not. I don't see a problem.

She said that all before she felt like she just as well not have sex anymore if it was left up to her and that is a lie of Elizabeth's history. Elizabeth has always loved sex, always and she has never been so needy to have to need to hold on to Lucky. She have always wanted to please him, but if or he ever wanted to go, she'd always let him. That's Elizabeth.

There really is no way to know if Elizabeth always loved sex because they never really had her address it; but as a survivor of rape she would undoubtedly have issues. She said she enjoyed sex with other men but that it wasn't that important to her. Doesn't mean that she didn't love them just that sex was not the most important part of their relationship. Hell her and Jason had sex all of 3 times in 2 years. Obviously it wasn't the most important part of their relationship

Well if you look at that clip with Liz about to have sex with Zander at Jakes' and you can still tell me that Liz wasn't enjoying getting into the sack with Zander, then fine.. I'll say tptb isn't rewriting history. And just recently, Liz was almost like a dog in heat with Jason. She was always after him to meet at the Safe House.  Do you think she was going there to hold hands? She begged Jason to open up to her again and let go like he did the first night with her. She was liking something.

I absolutely agree. While I love BH and I think she rocked the scene, I think the writing is horrendous. It is a huge slap in the face to all of the fanbases of Elizabeths other pairings. I was cringing as I watched this.

Me too. All I've wanted from this story is POV for Elizabeth and her actions. I even think I'm starting to understand. And I agree, BH did a great job with this today. I get the impression the writers actually did some homework here and this story could become very compelling.
