@PfhUkJiu101 That was a YC-14 Surface Blowing STOL Cargo plane developed by Boeing as an intended C-130 Replacement. The project was cacelled in the 1980s.

My Dad was stationed in the late 60s as one of the commanding officers at Davis Monthan when it was a major SAC/Titan missle base. I was only 7-8, but do those mountains bring back memories! Thanks
