  • she is one hot tamale! and i loved the workout

  • Healthy workout.

  • it is a classic workout, but not Pilates, sorry, the exercises are used in Pilates too, but it got nothing to do with the method, but its a good workout :-)

  • love this video, do it everyday as part of my workout:

    1. 8 minute stretch

    2. Sol Walking pilates

    3. 8 minute arms

    4. P4P abs

    5. P4P chest

    6. run/jog

  • refreshing, great , fast work out

  • That looks like Manly!!! what a beautifull place to work out

  • ¡Qué entrenamiento tan intenso! No sé cómo lo hacéis...

  • Something about those squats didn't seem right.

  • omfg xD

  • The squat is actually a little wrong, the butt needs to go a little back, arching the back in. The version seen is actually not the best for the knees.

  • Thank you, I can feel it in my legs. Haven't worked out for a long time and decided that I'm going to do a little 15 minutes work-out every morning.

  • Bravissima :-)

  • i want to slim my calves and thighs, do the squats and leg work bulk up your leg muscles? or slim them?

  • @oihugs It's not going to bulk them up because you need to do a sh*t ton of them to get to that point, but exercising everyday won't cause that, the one thing that will get the fat away is eating right and cardio

  • @jaylenehowardaj Pilates can help with that as you become more body aware and in tune with it. You should also add some cardiovascular activities like walking, running, swimming or cycling to your schedule too though. Enjoy!

  • does this help with losing weight???

  • @son0000011 Pilates can help lose weight as you become more body aware and in tune with it. Let me know if you'd like to know more - there are a fair few good online posts and articles about this. You should also add some cardiovascular activities like walking, running, swimming or cycling to your schedule too though. Enjoy!

  • @son0000011 well, you will burn a little calories with this, but this is for toning your abs, you need cardio for that. Toneitup has great videos with 15 minutes cardio. Is fun!

  • search now bolder gazet van antwerpen

  • Great workout! Thank you

  • @joshbyc86 Thank you! Stay tuned for more!

  • it's so nice to see your chest very hot and sweaty

  • @derearso Not quite the desired effect perhaps but as long as you enjoy it.. Sol

  • @derlinsk1 AMEN to that. Sol

  • @brumsta2008 Good to hear! Glad it's working for you. Sol

  • @flowthoven92 Which exercise are you referring to? Sol

  • @rograshol91 Why thank you. Pilates, Pilates, Pilates, is the secret.. Sol

  • @coarnessne95 If that helps you do Pilates... :-) Sol

  • @distrun89 Good to hear! Let me know how you went? Sol

  • @anaympavesekqen1 That'd be due to doing Pilates pretty much EVERY day! Love it! Sol

  • Haha! @ciaralongss , not quite two metres. But yes, I'm a little taller than average. Sol

  • @peytondaviszh That's great to hear! Enjoy! Sol

  • Hi @hatsuyoghera ! Yup, but that's his general state of being. :-) Sol

  • @isisharrisegxi Haha! You must've done it on a sunny beach at midday, too? ;-) Sol

  • @monsivispotter Great feedback. Thank you! Sol

  • @evaki2806 Thank you! Sol

  • Hi @jaylenehowardaj ! Pilates can help with weightloss as it helps you centre yourself and reconnect with your body, tone your muscles and shape your body. I'd also recommend adding a routine that gets your heartrate up a little bit more. (Perhaps you like walking, running, cycling or swimming?) Sol

  • I need to start doing this regularly, i cant complete it yet but hopefully soon :D

  • Hi @AliceAllure ! Are there any exercises in particular that you find difficult? Sol

  • @solwalkling The leg ones are the hardest for me, i can do them but not for the whole cycle as they burn so much, im sure that will come in time though! :) Thanks a million for this video, will help in my misson to become fit :)

  • @AliceAllure That's great! The video is a good addition to additional cardio workouts.. If the leg work is a little intense, don't sink down quite as far for now.

  • Nice video. I love you aussie accent !

  • Thank you @agustn !

  • Great video, great workout

  • @ArthurStJames Good to hear! Great that you like it! Sol

  • Jesus this is boring, become a swimmer, that's workout

  • Haha! I do actually swim, @masterkongen ! Most clients of mine actually much prefer a workout that's a little less repetitive than swimming. Each to their own. Enjoy your swimming! Sol

  • she looks so happy :)

  • Hey @DnBethh ! Pilates does actually really make me happy! :-D Hopefully, you'll enjoy the workout too. Sol

  • Holy cow! Feel that burn!!! :)

  • GEWELDIG dat jij dat dit vol houd, in die warmte!

    Dike duim +pluim van Zonmaanaarde..

De niet lang vol hield met die warmte :D

    Byyeee

  • @jaylenehowardaj this super works i lost almost 4 pounds same day i worked this lol even being rather limber it has truly helped my core :) i am hooked on pilates!! i cant see myself without missing a day..

  • Hi @mandatoryfigs ! No exaggeration there! ;-) Pilates is actually meant to be done as a daily maintenance routine, so doing some every day - varying your routine, of course - is a really good idea. Sol

  • I definitely got instant results from this. My abs look GRREAT!

  • @colenmonica Instant? Wow! You must have done the workout a few times over, hey? Sol

  • Love it, second time I've done it i dont feel it realy in my abs so much I did a lot the first time. I never feel stuff that much the second time...Grr I've been exercisising for weeks and still no flat tummy...:'(

  • Hey @emilywarawa ! Varying your routine and adding in cardiovascular exercises for weightloss is essential to create a flat tum. Also, some clients find they need to change their diet as even the greatest abs don't look "flat" if your food isn't working well for you and gives you bloating or a full tum. Sol

  • really good thank you :)

  • @laserbeam89 Great! Thanks for the feedback! Sol

  • Great video Sol. Manly looks like a lovely place. Will you do some more videos?

  • @tpthomaspalmer15 Hopefully very soon, yes. Stay tuned. you can sign up at bodymindsol. com for updates. And Manly is a gorgeous place to live! Sol

  • Nice! I'm going to try doing this video in the mornings before I go to work as a morning pick me up! :-D Thanks for this great video!

  • Thanks @rebeccaviezel ! That's exactly what I had in mind. A quick energising workout that will give you a boost. Enjoy! Sol

  • Its great! love it!

  • @brenda28m5 Thank you! Sol

  • wow u need to get touch

  • Why is it important to keep a fast pace for exercises as these? Doing pilates is it not more important to get the exercise right when it's about strengthening the body and not getting your pulse up? Because I've heard a lot of people say rather do it really slow and correctly than many, fast and wrong.

  • Hi @Lythya ! The reason the workout is faster-paced is that I am aiming to get people's heart rates up a touch as well to assist weightloss and give them a boost. Generally, Pilates is performed at a pace that allows you to execute all exercises with as much form and poise as possible. depending on your level and general level of fitness, that can be very slow or quite fast. I hope that helped clarify? Sol

  • A+!!! Pilates is my new exercise

  • @goodies62892 Fabulous! It's a great addition to any exercise routine! Sol

  • Excellent video!! Thank you!!

  • @balletbreathe Thank you! Sol
