The squat is actually a little wrong, the butt needs to go a little back, arching the back in. The version seen is actually not the best for the knees.
@oihugs It's not going to bulk them up because you need to do a sh*t ton of them to get to that point, but exercising everyday won't cause that, the one thing that will get the fat away is eating right and cardio

Hi @Lythya ! The reason the workout is faster-paced is that I am aiming to get people's heart rates up a touch as well to assist weightloss and give them a boost. Generally, Pilates is performed at a pace that allows you to execute all exercises with as much form and poise as possible. depending on your level and general level of fitness, that can be very slow or quite fast.
