also to control amp draw, you can use a half wave rectifier, which will apply half the power as the full.

well i just pluged it in and it's happening just not as much as i had wished for mabey more electrolite just not sure

im gonna look into that it's running now and it's been running for like 10mins now and every few mins i get water in my output line so i'm thinking it's too full it should even it's self out though be4 too long i'm hoping anyway
