people it is all about moderation. A beer or glass of wine with food on weekends is not going to kill anybody but when people replace h20 for liquor...that is a big problem. And there are many reasons why livers go bad. In most of the world it is all due to hepatitis.

I'm 34 and had a Liver transplant due to an auto immune disease called PBC. Alcohol is very rarely the reason. But reducing your intake of drink will certainly make you feel and look better.
