Great playing on all fronts, I love the bass solo and the guitar solo. Sakamoto-san is in good form too--such a high energy level! Too bad they had to break up...=(
Animetal constantly throw in riffs and solos from a lot of other metal bands in their versions of theme songs; I've only heard three of their CDs, but I've heard bits of songs by Judas Priest, Led Zeppelin, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, and Metallica and I'm sure they've done a lot more. Generally they used music that could fit within the framework of the original theme, as "Burn" does here with the Jeeg theme.
no seriously, hes right, chek the song from deep purple out, then you see its ALMOST the same.. the melody in the beginning and before the bass solo are the same.. only the papadapa are not the same.. but ownestly i like this version more
