first time I hear this song (I don't have Three at home)...really pretty! I think there were many songs in this album that could have been a hit, I don't understand why they chose to release Hole In The Head as a single...it's kinda annoying to me!

the problem with mutya's debut album is that island records rush released it so that she could still catch the hype of her leaving the band. there were quite a few demo's that surfaced that had SO much potential, but she wasn't given the time to work on them properly.

i love the way the end of this track slowly fades away. loved the sbs before mutya left now the music just doesnt have the edge it used to when she was still in the group : ( not quite the same

Caught in a Moment is an extraordinary piece of songwriting. Very few singers could sing it, cos there are too many out of key changes in it. The words are also brilliant: 'your stare swallows me in'. Its very clever on all levels. Also, its a love song which doesn't mention the word love. Mutya is a genius
