This song just became my anthem for Valentine's Day. I spent 2 years in high school chasing after someone. He had everything I could ever ask for in a guy: sweet, funny, caring, good looking, loves to sing( like I do), and in general just a very nice guy. I thought I'd finally found my duet partner, my other half, but I was wrong. If anything, this be a perfect song to perform for him, cause then he would finally figure out he ended up losing something that he still has a hard time finding.

The musical arrangement is haunting, dark, sad and every lyric and note that she sings drips like honey but pierces your heart and her sandpaper-like voice just suits this song beautifully.
