@AznPwnageFTW i would think that the president would be in the limos as it has more armor and its blast/bomb resistance and it was made for the president to travel in but im sure the suvs are the same but the suvs have a more chance of tipping over on their sides say a bomb exploaded near them than that limo does while it is possible they both were decoys but its a slim possibility

@roughrider119 The first vehicle is SFPD along with the motorcycles. THE CHP tags along because this motorcade will venture to Fremont, CA where SFPD has no jurisdiction there or along the way whereas the CHP has jurisdiction anywhere in California.
