They were those square white plastic bottles with pads in it to scrub your face to get rid of acne ... don't know if they make them anymore, though. But they were as loud as real m80s
Hey, I bought 2 cans of pyrodex today and it is FFFg. I can't get a small amount to make a bang louder than one of those stupid snap things you throw on the ground. Any ideas why? I also have a miniature black powder cannon that can use pyrodex but it just doesn't explode. Could the powder be TOO fine?
Well basically, gunpowder doesn't usually produce a real loud, powerful report, unless you get dangerous and fill up iron (or even hard plastic) pipes. 2 grams of flash powder, on the other hand, will devastate a cinder block with little effort and loud noise, even if only confined in a small, thin-walled paper tube.
Hmmm.... I have this stuff lying around..... I also have a bunch of idiot friends.... Muahahahahaha

the shrapnel is quite dangerous and ussually plastic doesnt show up on a CAT or CT scan

No, don't use AP next time, it's an incredibly sensitive organic peroxide... you can drop it or move it and it can detonate.
Pyrodex is safe and fine if you don't hold it in your hands man, and that was a fuckin good bang, so good work.
