  • Did this workout at home, didnt have the equipment so i just did regular on the floor leg ups, and regular crunches, then mountain climbers.

    Gotta say that i still felt it working, felt the burn on the first set!

  • Hello there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 got ripped 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

    Excercise and weights are fine for kids, just stay away from powerlifting till you're older which is just lifting really heavy weight, it's a very dangerouse sports for kids who aren't fully grown or people who don't have much muscle mass because most of the load gets placed on the joints when you don't have the muscles to support the weight.

  • Are these excersises for targeting those who already have abs, or does it work to burn fat as well? I've got maybe 12-13% body fat, and my top abs partially show if I flex them.

  • if you can't do the leg race (can't bring your toes up as far as they do) instead bend your knees a little bit and continue as normal, or bend your knees completely and bring them up so that they are parallel to your chest.

    And if the sit ups hurt your back on the ground, get an ab mat and place the thicker side right up against the back of your hips.

  • @944cool Yes if you really get after it, 4-5 days a week, a day or two of rest depending on soreness (for me at least). If you really work at it, you'll be suprised.

  • @KenisBeast done properly the x-trainer and the exercise bike dont really put pressure on the toes and can give an excellent cardio workout.

  • @KenisBeast u have stitches in your toe and u still want to do cardio jeez i want your motivation i can barely get off the couch let alone workout with a split toe!?!? but anyways the answer to your question is you can probbaly do biking or stair steps it depends on how much you can do you mind want to try an exercise that involves slow but multiple routines and i think it would be best just to rest but still eat healthy and when it gets better then start on cardio :)

  • @123454140 the best would be to lower your calorie intake. Alot of people seem to be mislead by these "ab workouts". The only way abs show is through low body fat percentage, so you can forget about trying to get abs if you have fat covering them up. Do the workouts yes, but the #1 thing to do for a six pack abs, is a low body fat percentage, and that starts with diet. Alongside mantaining your diet, do regular weight-lifting with cardio on off days to burn fat, and gain muscle.

  • @Luquazable get an iron gym at wal mart (it costs about $20). I believe some come with ab strap (for leg raises) but you may have to buy them separately.

  • ya probably they will be more visible, but be careful doing 50 a day straight for 1 month because by doing this you might injure yourself and I had that happen to me before. Its better to have 2 days rest in 10 days.

  • are there pros and cons to different types of mountain climbers? for example, when your feet touch the ground when you bring them up, or when the don't touch or my favorite one to do is crossing your knee to the opposite elbow, which tends to get more of the obliques.
