@SuperBersuit a factory japanese car. they all come like that, as technically, because they're electronically limited to 180isk kph factory, you don't/can't go any faster. Most old shit is only a snipped wire away from 180+ fun though, and later model stuff can get 'speed limit defenders' or ECU re flash or chips to cut it.

Overseas models of the same car will have a 260kph speedo and no limter.
