@011azr You need to eliminate your fears inside you. Face your fears. Once you learn that you are more powerful than your fears and disregard them, then you will truly find happiness. I thought of this video as if I'm facing my fears and everything I've been scared of, I just defeated. You are powerful. But you also have to unleash the power. If an unpowered light is off, then what surrounds it? Darkness. But give the light power, and all darkness around it is diminished and changed to light.

I just means this meditation is not for you at this time, just listen to some peaceful music and practise, your mind will quite and you will learn to focus and let go, you will achieve inner peace, then you can try these types of meditations. I hope this helps 15godfather.

@15godfather1 Take my advice, because I was in your situation for months before I fully meditated. These things taka time, like riding a bycicle. Every night while your falling asleep, practicing clearing your head of any thoughts, thoughts are what keeps meditation from occuring. The only thought you should have is focusing on your breathing. Just focus on the breath going in and out of you every night. It will take a while but don't give up, the benifits are amazing.

Okay i got something to say to all the people who consider this just something that gets you high. For those of you who think that, you're not getting high. You're relaxing... you're meditating. It just pisses me off on how people think that, For example; look at the top comment "im sooooo baked right now" ... see when you listen to stuff like this, it just relaxes you. the tone, the soft music. Yes music and tones can effect you... Learn the body. it calms your chakra and relaxes your body.

High is merely the alteration of a consciousness so in a technicality yes you are indeed high on the frequency causing an alteration in your reality from wakefullness to relaxation.

It helps clear and balance my root chakra. Sometimes I use stones to facilitate. Love these videos. Used to see demons in things but take medication for that now.
