I dunno you just cant plz every1, It feels like theres 3 different groups of Superman fans here. All the videos Ive checked out about this new upcoming Superman, every1 is picking at things. Seems many old-skool fans of the classic style of Superman r sticking by Brandon. Newer younger generations of fans want a totally modern Superman that can be for their era and time. Then we got the "casual superman fans" who only favor that dose of "OC/Dawson's Creek" soap style Superman lol.

"Superman: Man of Steel" has a cast who are GREAT actors and are awesome and experienced in action movies, so give us what we we have failed to see since 1989, when Superman fought Nuclear Man.

Now, we have a modern, live-action blockbuster-budget Superman, with fucking ZOD as the villian... And you're complaining?!?!?!

If they are serious about releasing this movie they are more dumber than I had imagine to begin with No Red Briefs is on the Suit and WHY didn't they consider asking Tom Welling to Play Superman After he did 10 seasons of becoming the Man of Steel makes it look like he wasted his time doing Smallville. I hope they had the Red Underwear to the Suit at least.

the costume has a darker edge to it and cavill looks more chisled than baby faced Brandon. I liked Routh, yet his acting in some scenes were a bit wooden in and out of the costume

There were boring parts, but there were LOTS of emotional parts and some action packed parts. The music gave me chills. He even reminded me of Reeve in certain parts! It was NOT a great Superman movie but a great tribute to Chris, imho. <33

It’s about time they change superman costume. DC has to keep up with marvel universe, Marvel has change Spider-man costume also & it looks great. Think about it spider- man in is old costume for the 80 TV series I don’t think so.

@coolban241 No, the reason being that this is a brand new film series that will have no relationship to any Superman movie/series that came before it. If the new movie were to have the John Williams score it would instantly remind the audience of the older films. Expect the music for the new movie to be more serious as this is a new darker, down to Earth version of Superman.
