i cruised on century, see is no dingy...over 800ft. i think..actually got a behind scene tour from head mechanic..i caught him on deck and stupidly asked if i could see the engine room, so me and my buddy got to sit on the drive shafts, ask and you shall recieve, even after 911, the guy was really cool, as was the rest of the crew
Even though Celebrity Century is over 3 times the size of HMS Illustrious I don't think she can carry up to 18 Harriers and 4 Sea King or Merlin helicopters, and Century can only go two thirds the speed of 'lusty'!
Excellent post, especially the end bit. Astonishing angle. Invincible class are only pocket carriers. The three of them only small, but the class has accomplished itself in the Falklands, Balkans, etc.

lol, not surprising that the Carrier is smaller. British carriers are supossed to be small, fast and versatile! just like the harrier!
