Not really. A loooong time ago in tekken if you turtle up massivly you get "chicken!", but I don't think it's in the game anymore. But when you escape an generic reversal, you also get "chicken!" in response... more so as just a "lol" factor I guess.
Actually, I think the turtling thing was in tag..? That, or I'm just imagining things. Either way, the only way you can get chicken now is to escape a reversal.
In the case of the Tekken "chicken", it's just a funny name for a situation.
The Chicken is basically nulling (or reversing) someone ELSES reversal. A bit harder to do, but can usually catch the person who attempted a reversal completely off guard.
for yoshi... how do you do b+2 into kincho stance? (without doing the sword uppercut...)
(normally you do b+2,1, 1+2 into kincho stance....)

No, some can be blockable. actually carrying 2 swords. you can tell when yoshi do a flea stance

"turle" in fighting games means to play super safe and defensivly. Like, backdash forever, jabs and other "safe" attacks, etc.

Can be easier if you buffer part of the input and mash the missing button...
e.g. for f,f+2, do f,#F+2,4,4,4,4...
You used to be able to get chicken markings at the end of a round if you were too defensive, but I think they took that out in Tekken 4.
