I am not american but I am so tired to read all the time about USA responsability...When something happens and USA army is deployed , people deeply disagree. But on the contrary, if USA is not going to send any military support to protect civilians (see what is happening in Libia now) then people blame them because it seems they are so cynical not to move a finger

Also, it wasn't a secret at all, in fact, our troops (UN)were pulled out because we decided we weren't gonna do shit to help. The U.N. was informed of the genocide, not 1 nation stood up and said they would send a few troops to save hundreds of thousands of people.
