The Police respond to 911 calls all day long without using their lights. They are only allowed to use lights and sirens when someone's life is in danger.

How do you know if he was responding to a call or not? Maybe someone a few blocks away was calling for help. You would be surprised how many times that happens everyday even in Alameda. I bet if YOU were getting your ass beat and called the cops you would want them to hurry.

And by the way, it is unsafe and illegal to shoot video while you are driving. C'mon man! We are tryin to keep folks alive around here! You are a menace!
