@kinglance82 it isn't. This is the PC game called FoFiX and I made it playable for it (or for Guitar Hero games). If you want to customize Guitar Heros, check out scoreheroDOTcom. You can find many info on the forums. I recommend FoFiX, it's open source and multi-OS.

1. Enable advanced options (bottom of Options menu)

2. go to Options > Display settings > Advanced video settings

3. set Use shaders to Yes

and urs has changing necks, lightning, and the tails on the long notes look realistic.

Maybe your PC doesn't meet the necessary requirements. Go to the Google Code page of FoFiX to check. Updating your drivers may also help.
