@Parkour13sang40 : Merci mec! Le truc, c'est juste d'essayer d'être le plus inefficace possible dans tes mouvements, d'alterner drapeaux et équilibres tout le temps! Pour changer un peu, j'ai essayé d'enchaîner les front-flips vrillés avec les triple-lutz carpés, et je trouve que le résultat est assez impressionant, sans vouloir me la raconter! Si tu veux un orthographe je t'en signerai un.
