Oh gosh... I saw it and... it really left me speechless. This is one of the best films I've ever seen. Maybe it is because Anne Hathaway is my favourite actress. But at the end I cried so hard! It's so sad and a really cute story.

@JaydeeCanz123 At the beginning they're at university in Edinburgh, Scotland, after that it's set in London (mostly.) Both characters are supposed to be English, Dexter (Jim - who actually is English) from the South of England near London, and Emma (Anne - who isn't English) from Yorkshire, but the accents, particularly Emma's, do fluctuate quite a bit.

I don't care if the reviews don't cope with the movie. I just loved it and will do until I recognize myself as a person. It was the third movie that made me cry too (A Walk to Remember and My Sister's Keeper were the first two).

I wasn't expecting that tragedy at the end as I haven't read the book so when it happens I jump in my seat! Awesome!

Saw the film, I loved it, wayyy better than crazy stupid love, this is my opinion. The only 3 films i cried while watching in the cinema: A Walk to remember, 500 days of summer and One day. But one thing kinda makes me sad ,the scene where Dexter's mom says "Which is exactly why i like her" is not in the movie

Where I was the theater was fully packed I sat on the floor to watch the movie my best friend brought me with him and it was kind of weird I mean I asked to put my head on his shoulder and he said sure and he put his arm around me and I had a little crush on him and because I knew him since I was in diapers we were both born in the same hospital on the same day and we had all our birthdays together and our families had all our christmases together and I think our friendship will end up like this

The theater was almost completely empty, so I hope the fact that I cried didn't annoy too many people. It's not the best film in the world, but in my opinion, it's not shit either. I enjoyed it, and it made me feel a million different things. It was beautifully filmed, and while I felt that Anne and Jim lacked some chemistry, separately their acting was fantastic (especially Jim's). I don't think it deserved the awful reviews it got, and I know that my $11 bucks weren't wasted.

Then, there I was standing in front of the ticket booth and said "One Day" when asked what I want to watch. The lady must have punch the code to quickly that I didn't get the chance to tell her I changed my mind. Well, I'm glad I got to see this movie. What's next? be looking for the book! ^_~
